Request permanent deletion of your PrepAI account and the personal data we hold about you. Submissions are reviewed and actioned by our team within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and authentication record
Email address and profile details
Uploaded study materials and generated flashcards
Quiz results, mastery scores and performance analytics

What we retain

For legal, security and fraud-prevention purposes we keep a pseudonymized, irreversible hash of your identifier and any records required by tax or payment-processing regulations. These cannot be used to re-identify you.
